Our team believes in collaboratively forming professional relationships with our Board of Directors, employees, customers, and clients and actively working together to support positive, mutually beneficial outcomes to include fiscal accountability.

Michele Christiansen, Chief Executive Officer, mchristiansen@mtnt.net

Michele ChristiansenMichele Christiansen was appointed the Chief Executive Officer for MTNT, Ltd. in December 2015 after serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for a 5 month period. She joined MTNT management as a Contract Compliance Support and Facility Security Officer for one of MTNT’s subsidiary, MTNT IT & Communications, LLC, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience in corporate compliance, governance, investigations, facility clearances and policy development. Michele is a certified Compliance and Ethics Professional business consultant, and a member of the Society of Ethics and Compliance ("SCCE) as well as the NCMS, Inc., the Society of Industrial Security Professionals. Other positions held by Michele include compliance consultant for Crystal Clear Compliance, and the Legal Compliance Manager and Facility Clearance Officer (“FSO”) for Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) for 14 years. She was appointed to the Alaska State Human Rights Commission by Governor Sean Parnell and has numerous previous affiliations.

Corey Livingston, Chief Financial Officer, clivingston@mtnt.net

Corey LivingstonCorey Livingston, Chief Financial Officer for MTNT, provides a variety of accounting and finance experience. Corey is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Alaska since 2000, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants. He started working with the Alaska Native community in 1988 and has worked for Native Corporations for more than 10 years. Corey received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
