McGrath Light & Power is recruiting for a full-time Power Plant Supervisor to serve as the team lead and Power Plant Supervisor for the local Public Electrical Utility in McGrath, AK (population ~350). This position provides direct supervision of MTNT Energy, Inc. dba McGrath Light & Power employees and oversees daily plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power generation. The Supervisor provides both technical guidance and hands-on support to power plant operators in maintaining and operating gensets, utilizing OEM software for troubleshooting, and resolving operational or power delivery issues within the distribution system. Responsibilities also include managing MTNT rental properties and cooperative agreements with state agencies such as the Alaska Department of Fish & Game and the Department of Natural Resources Hazard Fuels Mitigation program.

MTNT is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist. This position is responsible for the general functions of payroll including payroll taxes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, reconciling vendors, credit cards and balance sheet accounts. This position requires utilization of their technical accounting expertise to provide support as stated under essential job functions and/or other tasks assigned by the accounting manager and CFO.
