Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer Michele Christiansen joined the MTNT team in 2013, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience in corporate compliance, governance, investigations, facility clearances and policy development. Prior to MTNT, Ms. Christiansen served as the Legal Compliance Manager and Facility Security Officer for Cook Inlet Region, Inc. for 14 years. She was appointed to the Alaska State Human Rights Commission, was a certified Compliance and Ethics Professional business consultant for more than 15 years, and a member of the Society of Ethics and Compliance ("SCCE) as well as the NCMS, Inc., the Society of Industrial Security Professionals. Michele earned a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies and recently completed the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Emerging Leaders Initiative program.
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer Corey Livingston joined the MTNT team in 2015. Mr. Livingston is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Alaska since 2000, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants. He started working with the Alaska Native community in 1988 and has worked for Native Corporations for more than 14 years. Corey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting.
General Manager Michael D’Itri joined the MTNT team in 2012. Mr. D’Itri has more than 38 years of leadership and management experience in the planning, design development, construction and logistics support for a wide range of projects and programs in commercial, institutional, medical research/laboratory, educational, industrial and defense sectors. In 2004, Mike was introduced to an 8(a) Tribally-owned firm and began his long-standing relationship with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and since joining the MTNT team, he has maintained this while successfully managing other projects out of MTNT’s bona-fide office location in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. D’Itri holds a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College.
General Manager Kelly McAndrew joined the MTNT team in 2014. A retired senior Army NCO, Ms. McAndrew is a senior intelligence professional and leader with more than 20 years of experience in operational and tactical leadership, supervisory, training and intelligence roles. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.
General Manager Arthur “Art” McKinney joined the MTNT team in 2019 and previously served as the General Manager for another Alaska Native Village Corporation. Mr. McKinney is a results-oriented professional with 20 years’ experience leading high performing teams. He is experienced in business development, operations and management with complementary experience in intelligence operations, global threat analysis, risk analysis, problem and gap analysis, security operations and security solution development in domestic and international environments. Mr. McKinney served over 18 years in the military, including as a Special Forces soldier (Green Beret) and intelligence officer. Art earned a master’s degree in international relations, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and an associate degree in intelligence operations.
