2026 DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTIONS 

The MTNT Board of Directors and Settlement Trustees are pleased to announce the 2026 Dividend Distributions. A Regular Dividend Distribution of $2.65 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on June 12, 2026. Elder Shareholders who are 65 and older will also receive an additional Dividend Distribution (Elder Dividend) in the amount of $4.72 per share on June 12.

Furthermore, a Regular Dividend Distribution in the amount of $2.65 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on December 15, 2026.

Record Date, Address Change & Direct Deposit Deadline: June 1, 2026

Please update your mailing address or bank account on record before the Record Date Deadline of 4 p.m. AKT, June 1, 2026. You can update your records prior to the Record Date (4 p.m., June 1), including mailing address and direct deposit enrollment, online through the Shareholder Portal at www.MyMTNT.com.
