Kelly McAndrew is a retired Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in the U.S. Army, bringing extensive leadership, project management, and overseas experience to MTNT. Ms. McAndrew’s diverse background includes overseeing construction projects both in the U.S. and abroad. Ms. McAndrew excels in multiple roles at MTNT, including General Manager, Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and served 20 years as an intelligence professional, specializing in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, and intelligence support to targeting operations, both domestically and internationally.

Naren Mehta

Naren Mehta has over 25 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, bringing extensive expertise to the MTNT team. Mr. Mehta holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Washington State University. He is also a Certified Plant Engineer and a Certified Lean Leader.

David Shearman

David Shearman has a distinguished career spanning 24 years in military service, dignitary protection, law enforcement leadership, and international advisory roles. Mr. Shearman brings extensive experience in managing law enforcement and security programs and projects both in the U.S. and abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and co-authored a non-fiction book.
