Richard Marshall
Chief Executive Office

Richard Marshall serves as Chief Executive Officer of MTNT, Ltd., effective January 12, 2026. He brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across national security, international operations, and large-scale organizational management.

His career includes service in the United States Navy, followed by senior civilian leadership roles in national security, most recently as Chief Operations Officer for the National Security Agency in Alaska. Richard is known for his collaborative leadership style, operational discipline, and commitment to people and mission.

With deep ties to Alaska and active engagement in community and civic leadership, Richard brings a strong appreciation for the responsibility of leading an Alaska Native Corporation and a commitment to advancing MTNT’s mission for its Shareholders, employees, and communities.

Corey Livingston
Chief Financial Officer

Corey Livingston joined MTNT in 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Alaska since 2000 and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants. With over 30 years of experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy, Mr. Livingston began working with the Alaska Native community in 1988.

Corey currently serves as MTNT’s Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic leadership and direction across the MTNT family of companies. In this dual role, he oversees financial operations, corporate administration, business development, and organizational growth initiatives while supporting Shareholder value, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
