Notice of Board Vacancy and Application Deadline: Telida-Mandatory Seat

BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCY AND ELIGIBILITY
MTNT is accepting Candidate Applications for the Telida-Mandatory Seat on the MTNT, Ltd. Board of Directors for the term ending 2025.

Voting Shareholders who are at least 18 years of age and who either were enrolled to the village of Telida or are lineal descendants of such persons, are eligible to submit their completed Candidate Applications to MTNT for consideration.

MTNT encourages all eligible Shareholders who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors to submit their Candidate Applications to MTNT.

To run for the Telida-Mandatory Seat, please submit a completed Candidate Application by 4 p.m. AKT on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
