Now Accepting 2025 Board of Directors Candidate Applications

Deadline to Apply: 4 p.m. AKDT, Tuesday, April 15, 2025

MTNT is accepting Candidate and Director Applications for the 2025 Board of Directors Election to be held at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders this summer in McGrath.

The three (3) seats up for election on the MTNT Board of Directors are:

  • One (1) Takotna Mandatory Seat
  • One (1) Telida Mandatory Seat
  • Two (1) At-Large Seat

MTNT invites voting Shareholders who are at least 18 years of age and wish to run for a seat on the Board to download the Candidate and Director Application by clicking here.  

To be considered as a candidate, a completed application must be received by MTNT by 4 p.m. AKDT, Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Applicants may request additional information and submit the completed Candidate and Director Application to MTNT via email to info@mtnt.net, fax to (907) 644-1212 or delivered to MTNT’s offices in Anchorage and McGrath. 

Mandatory/At-Large Representation: Please note that every candidate for election to the Board shall declare whether he or she is applying for election to a Mandatory Seat or an At-Large Seat. A nominee may not declare that he or she is running for more than one (1) seat. Only a Shareholder who was originally enrolled to the village of the Mandatory Seat or a Shareholder that is a descendant of someone originally enrolled to the village may be nominated to that village’s Mandatory Seat.
